Healthy food is very much at the heart of the cooking at Olivelimes. We use fresh, carefully sourced quality British ingredients – poultry, meat, fish, shellfish and seasonal vegetables and our chef also daily grinds his own fresh spices - a truly genuine characteristic of our cuisine. Our meals are light and healthy as we use a low cholesterol vegetable oil and we do not use artificial colouring or preservatives. |
